The Hamilton is open all year round and is ideally situated overlooking the Venetian Waterways and the beach. The Hamilton provides for the Business Client (WiFi enabled), as well as individuals looking for that special break.
The Hamilton is just a pleasant stroll to all the shows, tourist attractions and the shopping centre. We offer a relaxed family run hotel and our personal attention ensures everyone has a most enjoyable stay. We are located to the north of town and conveniently situated close to the Heliport.
As well as a high standard of service and a friendly atmosphere, the Hamilton provides excellent standards of cleanliness. Thus ensuring people return time and time again. We have been awarded 4* Guest Accommodation status from the AA and 5* status from the Environmental Health.
A lorry and coach park can be found approximately 400 yards away.
Unfortunately we do not have a lift; if you have any special requirements then please contact us directly.
All rooms are non-smoking, however, we do have a dedicated smoking area for your use.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Payment Information:
Credit cards are used to guarantee a booking and are not charged. Payment is required at the hotel. All payments made by credit cards will have a 2% charge added to their account as standard. This additional cost does not apply to payments made by debit card or cash. Unfortunately, the hotel cannot accept payment by cheque, unless cleared prior to arrival.

The Hamilton is easy to find - opposite the Venetian Waterways directly on the Sea Front, to the North of the Britannia Pier. Our post code is NR30 4EW for those of you with Sat Nav or if you are using a route planner.
From the A47
Follow the A47 directly to Great Yarmouth. Go straight over the 2 roundabouts and follow the signs to the seafront. Turn left along seafront and The Hamilton is approximately 800 yards on the left.
From the A12
On approaching Great Yarmouth follow the signs to the Port. After crossing the Haven Bridge turn left. At the roundabout turn right and follow the signs to the seafront. The Hamilton is approximately 800 yards on the left.
From the A149
On approaching Great Yarmouth follow the signs to the Racecourse. Go past the entrance of the Racecourse to the seafront and turn right. The Hamilton is approximately half a mile on the right hand side.
